What personal data the company collects, why, and your rights.
The software
The software does not send any data to us. Firewall configurations, traffic logs and engagement files stay on your systems.
This website
The website loads no third-party scripts and sets no cookies, except one strictly necessary cookie when a customer signs in to the customer guides. It holds a signed reference to the customer’s access code and an expiry date, keeps them signed in for up to 30 days, and is removed when they sign out. Page views are counted in aggregate without personal data. Our host keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security, for a limited period.
When you contact or buy from us
We collect your name, work email, company, and the details you send us, to answer you, issue licenses, invoice, and provide support. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers.
The contact email on a license or trial receives security-update notices only, each with an unsubscribe link. You can untick them on the trial form or at checkout. To honor an opt-out we keep only a hash of the address, not the address itself.

Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to its use. Email the privacy address once published. EU, UK and California residents have the rights their laws give them, and can complain to their regulator.
Vendors
The vendors that process this data are listed on subprocessors. Email to support and sales is handled in Google Workspace and Cloudflare Email Service, and its text is processed by Anthropic’s Claude API to draft replies; attachments are never sent to it. None of these vendors ever receives firewall data.
