How it works
Save your usage report
In SegAudit, open License and choose Save usage report. If your team uses several machines, add each machine's report first so they merge into one file.
Read it
It is a short JSON file: seat names, active days, files saved by format, and counts of engagements and firewalls as one-way hashes. No configurations, rules, addresses, hostnames, client names or findings.

Your renewal is priced from the counts at list price. Pay, and the new license file comes back straight away. If no file may leave your plant network, type the totals from the License page instead.
Questions
Why does renewal need the report?
Your license is priced on the seats and plants you use, and the report is how we know without asking you or visiting. It is the only usage data we ever receive, and only from customers who renew.
Is anything sent without me?
No. SegAudit makes no network requests of its own. The report leaves your machine only when you upload it on this page.
What if no file may leave our network?
Type the totals shown on the app's License page into this page instead. Same numbers, nothing carried out but what you type.
What if we used more seats than we bought?
The renewal covers the seats in use from the renewal date, at list price. There is no back-billing for the year that ended.
Can we renew fewer seats or plants?
Yes. Professional can drop to the number of seats the report shows in use. Plant edition can drop to the 2-plant minimum.
When does the new license start?
The day after the current one ends, so renewing early loses nothing. If it has already ended, it starts today.
